📢 Are you an experienced Organizational Development (OD) consultant passionate about supporting community organizations? Children’s Rights and Violence Prevention Fund (CRVPF), in partnership with INTRAC, is offering a fully funded training program to strengthen the skills of OD consultants in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, and Ethiopia. This 8-month course will equip you to better serve local communities, focusing on building power of community organizations to make a lasting impact.
💼 Eligibility:
– 5+ years of OD experience
– Extensive work with community organizations
– Resident of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, or Ethiopia
-Post Graduate Training is a plus!
